Our Services:

01

Our Social & Executive Function Therapy is designed to help individuals develop the competencies needed for success in school, work, and sharing space with humans. Our therapists and coaches work with you or your child to build foundational skills like emotional regulation, task initiation, flexible thinking, and organization while fostering key social competencies such as communication, perspective-taking, impulse control, and relationship-building. By cultivating executive function and social intelligence, we empower individuals to navigate challenges, adapt to changing situations, and engage more effectively with others in various contexts.

Social & Executive Function Therapy

Our group therapy sessions allow participants to benefit from our trained professionals’ insight in a supportive and collaborative group setting, while focusing on developing social competencies, and building confidence within themselves and with others. We offer creative social groups, dual executive function/mental health, and therapeutic play therapy. Join our Group Therapy Waitlist to learn more about our next available group.

Social Groups By Age

Many of our clients share similar goals, so we offer small group settings by age group, where individuals can connect and grow together. These groups provide a supportive environment where clients can learn, practice essential skills, and prepare for real-world challenges. By interacting in a small group setting, clients build confidence and develop practical strategies for overcoming everyday challenges.

  • The Group: Middle Schoolers
  • The Real World: High Schoolers
  • Adulting IRL: Ages 18-24

'Get Out Of The House' Groups

Our “Get Out of the House” Social Groups run year-round, offering single-day programs throughout the school year, and week-long programs throughout the summer. Each group focuses on helping teens and tweens get out of the house while learning real-life skills, forming new friendships, and trying new things!
