Transition Services
Launch into Adulthood
Social Grace creates customized action plans for young adults to seamlessly transition into adulthood, introducing them to professional environments and internships where they can develop and generalize job and interview skills. This program is ideally suited for post-high school students who are taking time off to decide what their “next step” will be. Each customized plan lasts between 12 and 24 weeks depending on a client’s needs and progress.
Community Support Services
Community Support Services (CSS) involves the provision of intensive one-to-one services that assist a neurodiverse individual to live and participate as independently and effectively as possible in home, work, and community settings of choice. CSS includes but is not limited to executive function and social skills, self-regulation, life skills, education, financial management, assistive technology, personal care/hygiene, and travel training.
JOB COACHING
Social Grace partners with clients and their employers to gauge progress, encourage open and regular communication, and promote job retention.
